Classes

Vinyasa

Individual and small group sessions that are designed to flow by pairing breath and movement while building strength, balance, flexibility and better over all mobility.

Yoga Conditioning

Dynamic individual and small group sessions that are designed to empower strength, stability and core while building internal fire with doses of mild to moderate cardio.

Athletic Stretch

Focused on helping athletes enhance flexibility, mobility, and performance. This class blends yoga poses and targeted stretches to boost range of motion, prevent injuries, release muscle tension, and enhance strength.

Corporate Yoga

Blend healthy habits and mindful movement into the work day. Individual or small group sessions 30 minutes to 1 hour. Reset and energize with creative yoga flows to relieve the tension and tightness of the daily grind .

Pilates Fusion

Blend the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. This unique class blend is designed to help you build a strong, stable core while also improving your balance, coordination, and overall strength.

Elementary Yoga

Bring yoga to the classroom! Playful and creative group sessions for children K-5. Children learn self soothing breath work with fun, mindful exercise that stretches the body and enriches the mind for an overall body positive learning experience.
